We are seeking a friendly and energetic Tearista/All Rounder to join our team. This versatile role involves preparing and serving high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various food service tasks. Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and other foods according to company standards
Operate POS systems and delivery apps, for order processing and cash handling
Assist with food preparation and food safety procedures to ensure quality and hygiene standards are met
Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Manage cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and dining space in compliance with food safety regulations
Restock supplies as needed and assist with inventory management
Support team members in serving customers efficiently during busy periods
Preparation and cooking and brewing
Qualifications
Previous barista experience or food service experience is required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Familiarity with POS systems
Robust customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
Knowledge of food handling safety standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Basic understanding of food safety practices and proper hygiene procedures
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required
