NewSteps Immigration is a licensed RCIC firm since 14 Years helping clients with study, work, and PR applications across Canada. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Immigration Case Processor to join our team.
What you’ll do:
Guide clients on study permits, work permits, PR, and citizenship
Prepare and review applications as per IRCC requirements
Collect and organize documents
Follow up on pending files and deadlines
Communicate with clients via phone and email
What we’re looking for:
Experience or basic knowledge of immigration processes (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organization
Valuable communication skills (English required)
Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines
Comfortable with MS Office and PDF tools

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
