Depending on your assigned role, duties may include:
Greeting and assisting VIP guests
Distributing event wristbands
Operating an iPad for guest check-in or registration
Providing directions and information throughout the venue
Supporting fellow team members as needed
Maintaining a skilled and welcoming guest experience
Assisting with washroom monitoring (assigned role)
Requirements
Applicants must:
Be available for all seven days of the contract.
Be comfortable interacting with guests throughout the day.
Be able to stand and walk outdoors for extended periods.
Present themselves professionally with a clean, well-groomed appearance.
Arrive on time every day.
Must live close enough to make it to site daily
Transportation
Staff parking is off-site.
Shuttle departs 9:30 AM sharp to the venue.
Shuttle returns at approximately 6:15 PM.
Late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
Please Do Not Apply If You:
Cannot work every day of the contract.
Are unable to pass a pre-employment drug screening for illegal substances.
Have a criminal record that would prevent you from working this event.
Are uncomfortable speaking with guests throughout the day.
Are unable to stand or work outdoors for extended periods.
Do not have reliable transportation to the designated parking area each day.
