Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Swimming Instructor to join our team as a full time coach. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching swimming, a strong background in aquatic safety, and the ability to inspire confidence and skill in our students.
Responsibilities:
Conduct swimming lessons for various age groups and skill levels.
Ensure the safety of all participants during swim sessions.
Develop and implement personalized swim programs.
Provide feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their swimming techniques.
Maintain a positive and encouraging learning workplace.
Monitor and assess students’ progress regularly.
Ensure all equipment is used and maintained properly.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of swimming instruction experience.
Relevant certifications in swimming instruction and aquatic safety.
Experience and certifications obtained overseas are acceptable and encouraged.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Passion for swimming and teaching.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with children and adults.
