Responsibilities

Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience
Maintain compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Coordinate scheduling, assign tasks, and manage shift coverage to optimize productivity
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, recognize achievements, and foster collaboration

Qualifications




Proven experience in supervising or leading teams within a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage others
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of operational processes relevant to the specific industry (e.g., retail, logistics, hospitality) is preferred
Demonstrated commitment to safety standards and quality assurance
High school diploma or equivalent; additional leadership or management training is a plus
Safety Certificates are an asset - First Aid, H2S, CSO, Ground Disturbance
