Pay: $20/hour + performance-based bonuses ($10 per booked lead)

This is a great opportunity for students, marketers, or anyone looking for flexible hours and high earning potential.

What You'll Be Doing:
Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods around Nanaimo
Engage homeowners and offer a free painting estimate
If interested, collect basic information: name, phone number, and address
Leave door hangers at homes if nobody answers
Represent Pride Painting with professionalism and energy

Compensation:
$20/hour base pay
+ $10 bonus for every booked estimate

Example:

1 hour worked = $20
2 booked estimates = $20

Total earnings = $40/hourWhat You’ll Need:
Notepad and pen for collecting lead info
Small bag, painter’s pouch,



or belt hook for carrying door hangers
Optional: Pride Painting hat or logo gear to help homeowners quickly identify you
Friendly attitude and valuable communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle rejection with confidence
