Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in managing and entering data into an ERP operating system, ensuring productive processing of data.

This role requires solid administrative skills and the ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.

Requirements
Must have experience working with the Odoo ERP system,
Proficient typing skills and ability to navigate various computer software applications.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
Completed a post-secondary program or proficient experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Willingness to assist in multiple office duties as needed.
Strong interest in business software, system implementation, and process automation.

Responsibilities




Operate and monitor computer systems to ensure optimal performance.
Input, update, and maintain computerized files accurately.
Provide administrative support by managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to computer operations.
Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with company policies.

Wages are negotiable at time of interview.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
