Namsan Korean Cuisine

We are seeking motivated, hardworking, and team-oriented individuals to join our kitchen team at Namsan Korean Cuisine in Calgary, Alberta. As a Kitchen Staff member, you will assist in preparing authentic Korean dishes while helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen setting.

The ideal candidate is passionate about food service, able to work in a fast-paced setting, and committed to maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating
Prepare ingredients including washing, chopping, and portioning
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen stations and equipment
Follow recipes, food preparation procedures, and portion standards
Support cooks and chefs during busy service periods
Restock ingredients and kitchen supplies as needed
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Follow food safety, hygiene,



and workplace safety regulations
Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries

Qualifications
Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is an asset
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Robust teamwork and communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
Versatile availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
