Retail Associate – DIY Skincare & Craft Studio

Nuworld Botanicals is seeking a high-energy, reliable, and qualified Retail Associate to support daily studio operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role is perfect for someone who takes initiative, has a strong work ethic, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests during craft sessions and birthday parties
Confidently guide and teach customers through skincare and craft activities (training provided)
Set up, clean, and reset stations efficiently
Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and inventory
Process POS transactions and support retail sales
Assist with events, bookings, and party coordination
Take initiative to support team needs and ensure a smooth, elevated customer experience
Follow studio procedures and maintain a polished, professional environment

Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills




Comfortable teaching and engaging with both children and adults, including small groups
Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure
Reliable, punctual, and professional with a robust work ethic
Positive, proactive, and team-oriented with a willingness to take initiative
Experience with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office
Retail or customer-facing experience is an asset
Interest in skincare, DIY, or crafts is a plus

Requirements:
Full-time and part-time position
Weekend availability required
