Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and hands-on Café Manager to lead our new Goldie’s Donut + Coffee location in White Rock. The Café Manager will oversee daily operations, support and schedule the team, and help create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth, friendly service
Supervise, train, support, and schedule team members
Maintain high standards for food and beverage quality, presentation, cleanliness, and food safety
Support the team on the floor during busy periods
Monitor inventory, place orders, and help minimize waste
Handle customer questions or concerns professionally
Manage POS transactions, cash handling, and daily reconciliation
Work with ownership on local promotions and team operations

Requirements
Experience in a café, restaurant,



or food-service workplace is preferred
Friendly, positive, and welcoming with solid customer-service skills
Comfortable leading a team and working in a fast-paced environment
Organized, reliable, hands-on, and able to multitask
Comfortable with POS systems, cash handling, scheduling, and inventory
Available for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
FoodSafe certification is an asset

Compensation
$23–$26 per hour, depending on experience
Tips are paid separately through daily tip-out.
