Wasabi Sushi & Grill is a popular Japanese restaurant in the heart of Vernon, known for our fresh, high-quality sushi, warm hospitality, and inviting atmosphere. We’re passionate about providing guests with a dining experience that is both delicious and memorable.

We are currently seeking a friendly, attentive, and energetic Server to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and seat guests with a positive attitude
Present menus, explain sushi and grill items, and highlight specials
Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality presentation
Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas
Handle payment transactions accurately




Provide exceptional customer service from start to finish

Qualifications
Previous serving experience (experience in Japanese or sushi restaurants is an asset).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a busy, rapid-paced environment.
Team-oriented with a professional and friendly attitude.
Adaptable availability, including evenings and weekends.
Food Safe and/or Serving It Right certification.

Job Types: Full time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.25 per hour
