Starting at $22/hour and up, depending on experience and position

What You’ll Be Doing
Working on commercial flat roofing crews (2–10 people)
Installing roofing systems on buildings across Manitoba
Handling materials and tools
Working outdoors and at heights
Completing repairs and service work

Valid driver’s license
Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle very physical work
Previous construction or trades experience is preferred and an asset

If you’ve got a good attitude and are willing to work, we’ll train you. Many of our best crew members started with zero roofing experience.
