I have a fully set up, permitted restaurant space in Vancouver that is ready to open immediately. I am looking for an experienced Ramen Chef (or a chef with a confident, specialized concept) to partner with me and run the kitchen. This is a profit-sharing partnership, and all terms are negotiable.

The Kitchen & Concept Constraints:

No gas line or commercial vent canopy.

Cooking restrictions: no deep-frying, stir-frying, or heavy searing.

The Fit: This setup is ideal for a premium ramen concept or similar menu focused on excellent broth prep, assembly, and fast execution.

Menu Requirements: Must be easy, highly efficient to mass-produce, and quick to serve.
