Role Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, and horizontal machining systems
Troubleshoot and optimize production runs
Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders
Use inspection equipment to ensure accuracy and quality
Maintain clean,



safe work environment

Role Requirements
5+ years operating either a CNC lathe or mill
2+ years setting up CNC lathes or mills
Experience with vertical and horizontal machining centers
Programming is an asset (not required)
Able to read drawings and follow instructions with minimal supervision
Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs
