At Popeye's Supplements, we don't just sell supplements—we educate, coach, and help our customers achieve their health and fitness goals. We're looking for a motivated leader who is passionate about developing people, driving sales, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead from the front, coach your team, and take ownership of your store's performance.

What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Drive sales while achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
Deliver outstanding customer service and product education.
Recruit, train, and develop team members.
Manage scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and daily store operations.
Foster a positive, energetic, and accountable team culture.

What We're Looking For
Previous retail leadership experience (Store Manager or Assistant Manager preferred).
Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Sales-driven with a passion for customer service.
Interest in health, fitness,



nutrition, or supplements is a robust asset.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

Compensation & Benefits
Starting salary of $50,000 per year.
Opportunity for salary increases based on performance and successful completion of the three-month probationary period.
