TBS Paving Ltd. is seeking an experienced Asphalt Milling Machine Operator to join our growing team. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a skilled operator who can confidently operate asphalt milling equipment while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities
Safely operate asphalt milling equipment on commercial, municipal, and roadway projects.
Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance of the milling machine.
Maintain production while ensuring quality milling operations.
Work closely with supervisors and crew members to complete projects safely and efficiently.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of asphalt milling experience required.
Experience operating Wirtgen milling machines is considered a robust asset.
Strong understanding of milling operations and job site safety.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to identify basic equipment issues.
Valid driver’s licence (DZ or AZ licence is considered an asset).
Reliable, dependable, and able to work flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends when required.
