General maintenance/handyman required to perform maintenance at lubricant blending plant.

Duties
Fulfill work orders as required.
Hydroblast and paint structural steel and piping etc.
Pipe insulating.
Ensure maintenance tools are kept in good condition.
General site housekeeping, painting and similar duties
Assist maintenance personnel
Some yard and janitorial work.

Required
Must work in a safe manner at all times
Must be neat, tidy, organized and punctual.
Minimum, High School Diploma.
Self-motivated and can work independently.
Valuable troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of basic computing.
Ability to work inside, outside in all types of weather, and work from heights.
Ability to fit pipes/valves would be an asset
Welding experience would be an asset
