We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Restoration Technician to join our team. If you’re someone who takes pride in your work, shows up ready to go, and can handle fast-paced emergency situations, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Responding to emergency calls (water damage, sewage backups, mold, fire, etc.)
Setting up drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers)
Performing water extraction and demolition as required
Handling mold remediation and environmental cleaning
Monitoring and documenting drying progress (moisture readings, photos, reports)
Ensuring all work meets industry standards (IICRC S500 / S520)
Maintaining a clean and safe job site
Communicating with homeowners, tenants, and property managers professionally

What We’re Looking For:
Previous restoration experience is an asset (training can be provided)
Solid work ethic and reliability — no babysitting required
Ability to work long hours when needed (emergency work environment)
Valid driver’s license




Comfortable working in physically demanding conditions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
