Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring the productive preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes that meet our restaurant’s standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent kitchen skills, and a strong commitment to food safety and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards
Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Cook menu items with attention to quality, presentation, and timely service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met




Support the kitchen team during busy hours to ensure smooth operations
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure productive workflow
Assist with meal preparation for special events or catering as required

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred but not required; training will be provided
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Strong understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation practices
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends as needed
Passion for culinary arts and a desire to learn new skills within the food industry

Pay: $17.85-$25.09 per hour
