We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor/Lead Hand to oversee construction projects and ensure their successful completion. The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction management, quality control as well as construction/carpentry experience.

Role
Manage and supervise current home build sites to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications
Able to complete various manual labour work needed to help guide projects to completion
Coordinate with subcontractors, office staff and clients
Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and schematics
Utilize construction management software such as Buildertrend




Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship
Provide leadership by supervising in office personnel
Maintain a safe work site

Hours are Monday to Friday 7:30 - 5 and pay is to be negotiated based on experience.
