Founded in 2007, Zongteng Group serves tens of thousands of global e-commerce sellers and operates warehouse and logistics networks across North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and Australia. Goodcang Canada is expanding rapidly in Canada and is building a robust local talent pipeline to support long-term growth.

Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain partnerships with logistics channels, carriers, and service providers
Communicate with Chinese clients and partners regarding shipping solutions, pricing, and service updates
Coordinate warehouse operations with logistics channels to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Negotiate rates and service agreements with carriers and channel partners
Monitor shipping performance, resolve delivery issues, and optimize logistics efficiency
Provide internal support and updates regarding channel policies,



costs, and timelines
Assist in developing new logistics channels and business opportunities

Qualifications
Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)
Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or overseas warehouse operations preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience working with cross-border e-commerce is an asset

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $17.60-$28.91 per hour
