We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Kitchen Helper/Cook to join our culinary team. This role is essential in supporting food preparation, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. Responsibilities
Assist in food preparation and meal assembly according to established recipes and standards
Support cooking activities by preparing ingredients and cooking basic dishes
Ensure all food handling practices adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
Serve meals efficiently and courteously to customers or staff
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
Follow food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure quality standards are met
Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying supervisors of stock needs




Support the overall operation of the kitchen to ensure timely service during busy periods

Qualifications
Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward learning new skills
Basic understanding of serving, food industry practices, and kitchen operations
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required
