As a Team Lead, you'll partner with the Store Manager to lead daily operations, inspire the sales team, and ensure every customer leaves feeling good about themselves.
What We're Looking For
Previous retail experience, preferably in a leadership role such as Team Lead, Key Holder, or Senior Sales Associate.
A passion for fashion and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate others.
Results-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
Comfortable using POS systems, Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling software.
Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and lead by example.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
