We focus on excellent customer service, efficient operations, and maintaining robust relationships with our clients and service teams.

We are currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, improve workflow efficiency, support field teams, and help ensure smooth service delivery.

Job Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate daily plumbing service operations
Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and workflow organization
Support plumbing technicians and field service teams
Monitor job progress, service quality, and customer satisfaction
Develop and improve operational processes and procedures
Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, and management
Track performance metrics and prepare operational reports
Assist with inventory management and equipment coordination
Ensure company standards, safety procedures,



and service expectations are followed
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational issues

Qualifications
Previous experience in operations management, service management, or a similar role
Experience in the plumbing, construction, HVAC, or home services industry is an asset
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Experience coordinating teams and daily schedules
Proficiency with basic computer systems and office software
