We are seeking an experienced individual (female preferably) to help take care of an elderly woman who is a liver transplant individual that suffers from dementia / delirium. She is high needs, has critical medication timings and requires constant supervision. She is a fall risk and the successful candidate would need to have experience dealing with these types of individuals. The elderly lady is a two person lift and requires constant supervision. The successful applicant would need to have training for dealing with individuals with this type of behaviour. The elderly individual is a muslim female who lives in a non-smoking, non-alcoholic household.

Some of the duties involved are: light-housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, grocery and clothes, shopping,



medication administration, toileting, bathing and showering, assistance with personal hygiene, feeding, planning and participating with physical and other activities designed to mentally and physically stimulate (this is key to the client), assistance with feeding, supervised cooking, etc.
