This position is perfect for someone who is looking for a full time Bookkeeping position with secure hours. Work Schedule: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday We are looking for someone who:
Can demonstrate comprehensive bookkeeping knowledge using QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online,
Has at least 3 years full cycle Canadian bookkeeping and payroll experience,
Proficient in Excel, Word, and working in a paperless environment,
Has a proven ability to problem solve and get the job done,
Ability to interact with our clients is a key component to our success; therefore applicants should have a fun,



friendly personality with a good command of the English language.

The responsibilities of this position include:
Onboarding current clients into QuickBooks Online,
Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable,
Managing payroll for multiple companies, preparing and filing T4s and ROE's,
Preparing, filing, and paying CRA remittances (GST, Payroll, Corp taxes),
Reconciling monthly bank and credit card statements,

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
