Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your primary responsibilities will include managing front desk operations, assisting guests with their inquiries, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle various guest requests with professionalism.

Responsibilities
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.




Assist in managing reservations and room assignments using hotel management software.
Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Skills
Proven experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is highly desirable.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing guest interactions.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
Familiarity with front desk operations and phone systems is beneficial.
Ability to work well under pressure in a quick-paced environment.
Robust organizational skills with attention to detail.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
