CUTTINGS EDGE ENERGY is a fluid recovery and cuttings management company providing equipment and services to drilling rigs in Western Canada. We are currently hiring a Full Time, Field Service Supervisor.

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years industry experience
Must live within 50km of Leduc, AB
Preference will be given to candidates with rig and excavator experience
General mechanical ability
Valid driver's license & insurance, valid 1st Aid, and H2S tickets
Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing)
Must be able to pass company required medical testing (physical and drug testing)
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with SiteDocs is an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role





Job Description
Consistently travel to rig sites and perform inspections of equipment and delivery of supplies
Perform minor repairs and services on equipment
Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates
Organize field staff workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
Receive complaints and resolve problems
Pass on information from field superintendent to employees and vice versa
Prepare and submit performance reports
Hire and train new employees
Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
