Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries.
Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring accuracy in all financial exchanges.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Making pizzas, using stone oven to cook, stretching the dough by hand.
Cleaning the store during closing on daily basis.
Assist in selling products and services to enhance customer satisfaction for pick up, delivery and pizza by slices.
Provide information about products, promotions, and store policies.
Address customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Collaborate with team members and improve customer service standards.
Skills
Multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
Solid organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently in a quick-paced setting.
Proficient in using POS systems for transaction processing.
Experience in food industry especially pizza restaurant is preferred, with an understanding of upselling techniques.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in English is required.
Foodsafe Level 1 is required.
Previous experience in Neapolitan pizza restaurant is an advantage.
