We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our Calgary location as a cashier. This is a fantastic entry level position for anyone interested and looking to know more about wine, beer, and spirits!

Requirements and Responsibilities
Welcoming customers, answering questions, helping them locate items, and providing advice or recommendations
Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales
Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and providing a receipt to every customer
Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints or involving supervisor when necessary
Bagging or boxing purchases to ensure protected transport
Confirming customers are of legal age by checking their government-issued I.D.
Maintaining a clean workspace





Qualifications and Skills
High School Diploma or equivalent
ProServe Certification
At least 18 years of age
Customer Service or cashier experience will be considered an asset
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to stand, walk, lift cases of wine (25 lbs), and work with other team members in a rapid-paced workplace to provide excellent service
Attention to detail
Helpful, courteous approach to resolving complaints
Must be available for weekdays and holiday shifts.
