ServiceMaster Clean is looking for reliable and motivated Full time and Part time Janitorial Team Members to join our growing team. We are seeking individuals who take pride in their work, have a strong attention to detail, and are committed to delivering exceptional cleaning services.

Available Shifts
Evening shifts
Weekend shifts
Some daytime shifts
On-call project work (primarily Monday to Friday, daytime)

Responsibilities
Clean and disinfect office, industrial, commercial, and medical facilities
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces
Clean washrooms, lunchrooms, and high-touch areas
Empty waste and recycling bins
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols
Complete assigned tasks efficiently and maintain high-quality standards

Specialized Opportunities

We are also seeking experienced team members for:
Floor stripping and waxing




Carpet and upholstery cleaning
Post-construction cleaning
Move-out cleaning

Qualifications
Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred
Experience in office, industrial, commercial, or medical cleaning is an asset
A transparent CPIC (Criminal Record Check) is required
Valid driver's license is an asset, but not required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Dependable, punctual, and committed to completing assigned duties
Strong work ethic with pride in delivering quality results

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.80 per hour
