Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pet Groomer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services to a variety of pets, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the grooming process. The ideal candidate will have a love for animals, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.

Responsibilities
Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and nail clipping for dogs and cats of all breeds.
Assess the condition of pets’ coats and skin, identifying any issues that may require veterinary attention.
Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and in valuable working order.
Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their grooming preferences and provide recommendations.
Handle pets safely and compassionately during the grooming process to minimize stress.




Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
Assist in managing appointments and scheduling for grooming services.

Skills
Robust customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for both pets and their owners.
Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling larger breeds or moving equipment.
Proficiency in various grooming techniques and familiarity with different breeds’ grooming needs is preferred.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
A compassionate attitude towards animals, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
Attention to detail in grooming tasks to achieve high-quality results.
