Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista/Cashier to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers, ensuring their experience is enjoyable from start to finish.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards.
Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring compliance with food safety and handling standards.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change.
Assist in food preparation and serving as needed, ensuring all items meet quality standards.




Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Previous barista experience or experience in the food industry is preferred.
Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Proficient in using POS systems; experience with Micros POS is a plus.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
