About the Role
ded.We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in hands-on work, and has at least one year of experience with a landscaping company. We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with landscape maintenance, including mowing, weeding, pruning, and general cleanup
Support with garden installs: planting, soil preparation, mulching
Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment
Load and unload equipment and debris
Follow direction and complete tasks efficiently
Maintain a protected and clean work environment

Requirements




Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs
Punctual, dependable, and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Valid driver’s license is an asset but not required
Minimum 1 year experience required

Hours & Compensation
Full time, part time, and seasonal
Competitive hourly wage based on experience and reliability
