Duties
Provide skilled grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling to meet each dog's specific needs and breed standards
Assess the health and condition of each dog before grooming, alerting pet owners to any concerns or issues
Maintain a clean and sanitized grooming station, ensuring all tools and equipment are hygienic and well-maintained
Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their preferences and provide grooming recommendations
Handle dogs safely and compassionately, especially during heavy lifting or handling of larger breeds
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and workflow flow




Ensure all grooming procedures adhere to safety standards and company policies

Requirements
Proven experience in dog grooming or related pet care roles, with a robust portfolio of grooming styles
Excellent customer service skills to build trust and rapport with pet owners
Ability to lift heavy dogs safely and comfortably, demonstrating physical strength and stamina
Knowledge of different dog breeds, coat types, and grooming techniques
Strong attention to detail to deliver high-quality results every time
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Certification in pet grooming or relevant training is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential
