What Youll Do Prepare and serve nutritious, appealing meals for residents in accordance with menus, recipes, and dietary needs Support special diets and texturemodified meals with care and accuracy Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization Use portion control to minimize waste and manage food supplies responsibly Work collaboratively with the Food Services Manager, Dietitian, and kitchen team Help create a welcoming dining experience that respects residents dignity and preferences What Were Looking For Experience in commercial, institutional, or longterm care cooking (preferred but not required)
