Brandt is seeking motivated and skilled Landscape Personnel to join our team. This role involves maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in landscaping and a solid work ethic, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Required Skills

Duties and Responsibilities
Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, planting, and pruning
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently
Assist with installation of landscape features such as sod, trees, shrubs, and hardscape elements
Monitor plant health and apply appropriate treatments when necessary
Maintain clean and organized work sites




Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Required Experience
Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance required
Experience in golf course maintenance is considered a robust asset
Background or education in horticulture is considered an asset
Ability to operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, skid steer, etc.)
Physically capable of performing manual labor in various weather conditions
Solid attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
