We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Athletics Coach to join our team. Responsibilities
Design and deliver effective training sessions tailored to athletes' skill levels and goals
Teach proper techniques in various sports, ensuring safety protocols are followed
Monitor athlete progress and provide constructive feedback to improve performance
Foster a positive, inspiring environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship
Prepare athletes for competitions by developing strategic game plans and practice routines
Maintain equipment and ensure the training area is clean, organized, and safe




Communicate regularly with athletes, parents, and staff regarding progress and upcoming events
Stay current with coaching best practices and industry standards through ongoing professional development

Qualifications
Proven experience in teaching or coaching sports, with a solid emphasis on swimming preferred
Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate athletes of all ages
Ability to develop engaging training programs that promote skill development and confidence
Knowledge of safety procedures related to athletic training and swimming activities
Certification in CPR/First Aid is highly desirable
Passionate about athlete development, teamwork, and fostering a positive sporting environment
