Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by preparing high-quality dishes and supporting the overall food service process. Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Cook menu items with attention to quality, consistency, and timely delivery
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations in compliance with food safety regulations
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met




Support the kitchen team during busy hours by efficiently managing multiple tasks
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Adhere to all restaurant policies regarding serving, food safety, and sanitation

Experience
Previous experience in food preparation or as a line cook in a restaurant setting is preferred
Knowledge of food industry standards, including proper food handling and safety protocols
Experience with cooking techniques and meal preparation across various cuisines is a plus
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in a qualified culinary environment
Strong understanding of food service operations and the importance of teamwork in a restaurant setting
Prior experience in the food industry or restaurant experience is highly desirable for this role

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
