Our client is a well-established, design-build contractor specializing in pre-engineered steel buildings across industrial, commercial, institutional, and public-sector projects. Due to continued growth, they're looking to add an experienced Estimator to their team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates from drawings and specifications
Complete quantity takeoffs and pricing for steel building projects
Build relationships with subtrades, suppliers, and manufacturers
Prepare competitive proposals and support projects through award
Requirements
3+ years of estimating experience
Hands-on experience estimating pre-engineered steel buildings (PEB/PEMB) is required
Robust understanding of structural/architectural drawings and quantity takeoffs
Proficiency with Excel and estimating/takeoff software
