We are a growing company and are excited to open a supervisor/Team Leader role for a motivated leader who can be trained and developed into a future Operations Supervisor/Manager.

What we’re Looking For
Residential cleaning experience (required)
Leadership experience (preferred)

Role Responsibilities
Cleaning and serving residential properties
Leading, training, and coaching service crews
Ensuring exceptional service quality and consistency
Acting as a brand ambassador with clients and team members
Schedule management and team assignments




You are the primary leader for our service crews and the onsite liaison for our clients

When you join our team, you are more than a cleaner—you are a servce specialist and front-line leader.

Compensation

$22.00-$26/hour (determined by experience and through interview process)
Performance bonuses
Vehicle allowance (for driver)
