We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing menu items efficiently while adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
Assist with food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Ensure all dishes are cooked to order with consistency and quality
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station throughout the shift
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and sanitation compliance
Serve food promptly and courteously to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours




Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or needs to management

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills and excellent communication abilities
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings as needed
Basic understanding of serving protocols and customer service excellence

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.50-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 42 per week
