Chai Hai is seeking a dependable and customer-focused team member to oversee daily operations while delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
Deliver tea supplies and ensure timely service to customer locations.
Install and perform basic maintenance on tea vending machines.
Coordinate repair requests and troubleshoot common machine issues.
Prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
Build strong customer relationships and respond promptly to service requests.
Maintain inventory and support day-to-day business operations.

Requirements:
Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
Basic mechanical aptitude (training provided).
Comfortable lifting equipment and travelling to customer sites.
