POSITION OVERVIEW

This position will primarily work night shifts, including weekends. Responsible for maintaining a secure setting and supporting staff in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role involves diligent monitoring of premises, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and promptly addressing any security concerns or disturbances. Working collaboratively with management and other team members to uphold a welcoming atmosphere while prioritizing the well-being of all individuals on-site.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with guests and team members
Flexibility to respond effectively to changing situations and priorities in a dynamic setting
Excellent verbal communication skills
Capacity to de-escalate tense situations and resolve conflicts peacefully and efficiently
Must be available to work late night weekends
Security experience considered an asset

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and welcome guests




Verify identification for individuals who appear to be under the age of 25 to confirm legal drinking age compliance
Arrange the lineup area in accordance with established store protocols.
Supervise guest queues to maintain orderly flow
Observe guests, and contribute to fostering a culture of safety and security among the team and guests
Work as a team with the management and front of house staff to ensure each guest has a great experience
Handle any disturbances or incidents with professionalism and according to protocol
Express gratitude to departing guests and wish them an enjoyable evening

COMPENSATION
Hourly wage starting at $17/ hour
Gratuity earnings - typically averaging $5/ hour
