OneTen Kitchen + Bar is a up-to-date, vibrant dining destination in the heart of Whitby, Ontario. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team and bring fresh energy to our culinary program.

Responsibilities:
Preparing ingredients according to recipes and portion sizes.
Responsible for perfect execution of menu items from your assigned station
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting, and marinating various foods.
Assisting in storing and organizing ingredients.
Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food preparation.
Assisting in receiving and stocking deliveries.
Adhering to kitchen policies and procedures.
Contributing to a positive team workplace.

Requirements:




Proven experience as a Prep Cook/Line Cook in a high-volume kitchen
Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, recipes, and ingredients
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Availability: Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
