Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted
Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Assist with food handling, preparation, and sanitation procedures to uphold food safety standard.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations while adhering to sanitation guidelines

Requirements




Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
Robust customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
Understanding of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and transaction accuracy
Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Experience in serving or hospitality roles that demonstrate guest service excellence is advantageous

Pay: $14.00-$16.60 per hour
