Position Overview: As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing wood-frame multi-family projects across Calgary.

What You Will Do: Provide leadership and strategic direction in the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.

Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors, to ensure project success.





Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a strong commitment to creating a safe working environment.

What You Need: At least 3 years of experience in a Project Manager role.

Proven track record of successfully managing wood-frame multi-family projects.

Solid leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.

Experience in estimation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In-depth knowledge of construction processes, project management, and industry best practices.

Familiarity with AB building codes and regulations.

Bachelor''s degree/diploma/certificate in Construction Management, or a related field is an asset.
