They are expanding their engineering team and are looking for a
Principal Project Manager
to lead project management and in office commissioning of large dairy and food projects. The role will involve working on a variety of design and build projects (recent and upgrades). It will require occasional in office commissioning visits and travel.Responsibilities
Lead large and complex projects in the dairy, food, or pharmaceutical sectorsManage project planning, design reviews, procurement, and construction managementOversee commissioning, including training and operating instruction development, and provide occasional on-site commissioning visits and travel as requiredBuild strong client, contractor,



and supplier relationshipsDrive high standards of health, safety, and quality across all projectsReport on progress, risks, and project outcomesQualifications
Bachelor of Engineering or Science (Chemical, Process or Mechanical) and/or project management certificationProven experience at a senior level of engineering and project management, ideally in the dairy, food processing, or pharmaceutical industriesProven ability to manage complex projects from design through to commissioningExperience leading project teamsStrong relationship management and communication skillsProactive, organised approach with excellent problem‑solving abilityBenefits
