Job Summary

Responsible for the reception area, phone calls, data entry tasks, administration and logistics scheduling.

What We Are Looking For

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills ( English )

· Microsoft Dynamics knowledge and experience is an asset

· Proficient with Office Suite. Advanced level with Excel is an asset

· A background in Grocery is considered a definite asset.

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization

· Ability to prioritize and deliver multiple assignments promptly and accurately

· Ability to work under pressure

What You Will Do

· Maintain main office telephone incoming calls and voicemail, relaying messages to colleagues





· Return general voicemail and email inquiries

· Greet visitors in a professional manner

· Enter Purchase orders and create recent items in the ERP system

· Enter warehouse receipt information into the ERP system

· Schedule delivery/ pickup appointments

· Verify items received by comparing the purchase order and the packing slip

· Generate weekly reports

· Work closely with supply chain team members
