169 Enterprise Blvd, L103 Markham, ON (On the main floor of the Cineplex Cinemas Markham and VIP building).

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Kitchen Team Member to join our agile food service team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth kitchen operations, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and providing excellent service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, experience in restaurant settings, and a strong commitment to cleanliness and safety.

Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Assist in meal preparation and food assembly for service
Handle food safely and maintain proper food handling procedures at all times
Serve food to customers efficiently and courteously when required
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies
Follow all food safety regulations and health codes to ensure a safe environment




Support inventory management by restocking supplies as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and quality service during busy hours

Qualifications
Prior experience in cooking, food preparation, or restaurant service is preferred
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Experience with meal preparation and food industry operations is a plus
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if necessary
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to kitchen operations

Job Types: Full-time, Part time

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
